Who Is Boma?

The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) includes BOMA International, representing 100 North American and nine overseas association in Australia, Brazil, Finland, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, and South Africa. BOMA International, founded in 1907, represents a combined total of more than 8.5 billion square feet of office space.

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Metropolitan Kansas City (BOMA Kansas City) was established in 1926 as the trade association for the areas office building industry. It is an independent trade association which is federated with the Building Owners and Managers Association International.

Both BOMA International and BOMA Kansas City are very active at the national and state level on legislative and regulatory issues that impact members on a daily basis. Both have established enviable reputations for success.
