Commercial Real Estate Expo



Chairperson Responsibilities:


1.       Budget, plan, coordinate and execute the Annual Commercial Real Estate Expo.


2.       Research and secure facility arrangements, contracting services with dates and times.


3.       Assign specific duties to committee members based on their interest and experience establishing exhibitor selection procedure and soliciting sponsors.


4.      Establish follow up meetings with clearly defined goals and objectives, exchanging email addresses and phone numbers with committee members for easy contacts.


5.      Update BOMA website with EXPO information, along with updating registration forms and sending information to the BAE so they can create the Cvent invitation to send out to members allowing them to sign up for a booth.


6.      Select your charity of choice for the tournament establishing what dollars will go toward the charity.


7.      Meet with Advocacy Chair to determine if they will be having a fund raiser at the EXPO for BOMA PAC.




  • To help Allied Members a significant opportunity to enhance brand and product visibility, promote new and existing products, generate leads and drive incremental sales.


  • To help principal members to stay on top of the latest industry trends, gain competitor insights, make key industry contacts, and further solidify relationships with current customers.


  • Review procedures and purposes of annual EXPO and increase funding for the local chapter.


  • Set-up, organize and execute all the activities necessary to support the EXPO participated by Event attendees promoting networking opportunities.
