• Skip the Waitlist and join now! Allied membership promotion.

  • Our organization is at a minimum composed of 51% Principal members (building owners/property managers), and 49% Allied members (vendors/service providers) to ensure that everyone is receiving the maximum networking benefits we can offer. Due to our commitment to maintaining that membership ratio, there is a waitlist for new Allied members. Your company has been on that waitlist for awhile. To skip the waitlist, a new Allied member may sponsor a new Principal member. This system allows you to join and receive membership benefits now, and maintains our required membership ratio.

  • The Skip the Waitlist program guidelines are as follows: Skip the Waitlist is a 2 year commitment. The Allied is responsible for paying their Allied membership dues + a Principal additional member dues. The membership period is January to December of each year. Allied is considered a full member during the skip the waitlist program. Should a participating Allied membership lapse, they will be subject to the waitlist.

• 15 for 12 Membership begins October 1. Get the rest of the current year complimentary, with the payment of the following year's dues.
