BOMA KC membership awards honor individuals that have demonstrated exemplary dedication to our organization through leadership, participation, and support. 

LEADERSHIP  |  Members earn 1 point for participation on a committee. Additional points can be earned for serving as committee chair/co-chair. Active committee participation is required to be considered for a BOMA KC membership award.

PARTICIPATION  |  Members earn up to 4 points for attending BOMA KC events (virtual + in-person). 

SUPPORT  |  Members earn up to 3 points for volunteering at events or providing specific volunteer support.

"Best of BOMA KC" and "BOMA KC Member of Excellence" membership award recipients typically represent the top 10% of membership!
