EXPERIENCE EXCHANGE COMMITTEE

 

Chairperson Responsibilities:

 

  1. Plan for and schedule an initiative to encourage the membership to participate in the annual EER report.

 

  1. Schedule on-line training opportunities for members.

 

  1. Research possible prizes for the company who enters the most buildings in a timely manner.

 

  1. Recognize the winner at one of the scheduled luncheons to encourage other property mangers to enter their buildings.

 

Goals:

 

  1. Increase EER participation each year over the last.

 

  1. Provide help when necessary to meet goals of committee.

 

  1. Educate building owners and property managers on the value of the EER
