Commercial properties are fundamentally driven by data. Comparing your building's numbers with others in the community is crucial for evaluating operational efficiency from an expense perspective. Our BOMA KC Benchmark survey gathers local expense data, offering insights categorized by region and building class in the final BOMA KC Benchmark Report.
