SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE

 

Chairperson Responsibilities:

 

  1. Plan and conduct activities related to environmental responsibility in the commercial real estate industry.

 

  1. Plan and provide programs, seminars and work with local and state government agencies to keep members informed.

 

  1. Assist and collaborate with the EXPO and Education Committees to hold seminars at the annual Commercial Real Estate EXPO.

 

  1. Plan strategies to introduce and encourage participation in the current BOMA International programs 7 Point Challenge and the BOMA 360 programs to the association.

 

Goals:

 

  1. Increase EER participation each year over the last.

 

  1. Provide help when necessary to meet goals of committee.

 

  1. Educate building owners and property managers on the value of the EER
